Founded in Beaumont, Texas, BOSS Security grew from a simple belief: people deserve to feel safe in the places where they live, work, learn, gather, and celebrate. Backed by decades of real-world law enforcement and leadership experience, the company was created to provide professional security with a more personal, community-centered approach.
We understand that security is about more than having a presence. It is about being prepared, paying attention, building trust, responding appropriately, and treating the people we serve with respect. That philosophy shapes everything we do—from the professionals we place in the field to the relationships we build with our clients.
Today, BOSS Security provides armed and unarmed security solutions while remaining rooted in the Southeast Texas community. Whether protecting a business, organization, event, property, or group of people, our goal remains the same: provide dependable protection, exceptional professionalism, and peace of mind.

Meet The Owner
Reginald P. Boseman Jr. brings nearly four decades of law enforcement, leadership, and public safety experience to Boss Security. His career began with the Beaumont Police Department, where he served in patrol, special units, investigative, and supervisory roles before earning the distinction of Master Peace Officer. He later spent nearly 17 years with the Beaumont ISD Police Department, advancing from Sergeant to Lieutenant and Interim Chief.
After retiring from public law enforcement in 2024, Reginald founded Boss Security to continue doing what has defined his career: protecting people, developing strong teams, and serving his community.
With extensive experience in emergency response, security operations, risk assessment, staff training, and community-oriented policing, Reginald leads Boss Security with an emphasis on professionalism, integrity, preparedness, and trust. His approach goes beyond simply providing security—it's about creating environments where people feel safe, respected, and protected.
